Vegetable curd vada
Ingredients
Urad dal 4cups
Grated carrot ½ cup
Small pieces of big onion ½ cup
Grated papaya ½ cup
Small pieces of ginger ½ teaspoon
Small pieces of green chillies 1 tablespoon
Pepper 12
Rawa 2 tablespoon
Pieces of curry leaves 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Preparation
Soak urad dal for 4 hours and grind with salt..Add rawa and other ingredients . Mix well and keep for sometime. Make vadas and soak in thick curd.Garnish with mixture or boondi.
