Spinach mango curry
Ingredients
Spinach stems 2 cups
Mango pieces ½ cup
Turdal 1 cup
Grated coconut 1 cup
Jeera ¼ teaspoon
Green chillies 2
Red chilly powder ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Preparation
Cook turdal in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder,red chilly powder and ,salt. Add mango pieces and cook for few minutes.Add spinach stems and mix well with the curry and cook.Grind coconut with jeera well and crush green chillies.Add with the curry . When it starts boiling remove it from the stove and garnish with fried mustard seeds,curry leaves and redchilly pieces.
