Paneer bajji

Paneer pieces 1 cup
Besan powder 1 cup
Gingely seeds 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Jeera powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Preparation
Make basen batter with little water.Add all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and mix well. Dip each paneer pieces into the batter and cover with bread crumbs. Fry till golden brown.Serve with sauce or thick curd.
